I used to struggle with feeling small and weak.
It impacted my life because I constantly felt insecure about my body. I wanted to gain weight so badly that I would literally wake up at 3 AM just to eat pasta and go back to sleep, hoping it would help me put on a few pounds.
I tried everything I could — eating more, random workouts, quick fixes — but nothing seemed to truly change my body or how I felt inside.
Everything shifted when I discovered bodybuilding and weight training back in 2017. I started learning about how strength training and proper nutrition it finally WORKED.
Once I applied what I learned, my body started to transform. I got stronger, more confident, and for the first time, I felt at home in my body.
